I specialize in providing neurodiversity-affirming and gender-affirming care to individuals age 3 and up. I focus on differences rather than deficits, while still working within the medical model to provide appropriate diagnoses and guide affirming supports and accommodations.
I also provide letters of support for gender-affirming care, including hormone replacement therapy and surgeries. Gender-affirming care is life-saving and I aim to decrease the barriers to this medically necessary care.
Autism/ADHD Evaluations for Children and Teens: These evaluations focus on learning more about the individual and how parents and schools can help provide the appropriate support and accommodations. My goal is to provide the information needed to increase awareness of the client’s needs and support self-advocacy across environments.
Adult Autism/ADHD Evaluations: These evaluations focus on learning more about the individual and how they can increase their self awareness and learn to advocate for their needs at home, in school, and/or in the workplace.
Letters of Support for Gender-Affirming Care: This service consists of one evaluation session and is available at no or low cost (optional $25 or $50).
